M V Kulkarni Builders & Developers is the brainchild of Shri. Maruti V. Kulkarni driven by core values of integrity, commitment and loyalty to customers.

We started of in the year - 1994 with minor contracting works. Then We shifted our focus to the construction industry. With our first residential project ‘Manali Apartment’ at Sahyadri nagar, sangli.

Since then we have gone ahead to complete 40+ projects (Residential & Commertial) in the vicinity on Sangli, Miraj and Kupwad Corporation.

We offer General Contracting, Construction, Pre-construction Planning Services for projects of all sizes from a single office to shopping malls.

About Owner

Mr. Maruti Vithhal Kulkarni is Civil Engineer, Ex President of Credai, Sangli, Maharashtra.
Current active member of Credai, Sangli and Builder Association of India (Sangli), Active member of Rotary Club, Sangli. Director of mansing co-op Bank, Consultant in Ganesh Nagari Patsanstha, Vice-Chairman in Shivratna Nagari Patsanstha.

Mr. M. V. Kulkarni is one of the well known builders in Wastern Maharashtra. He started his career as site supervisor from 1988-1990 and then started his own business in 1990. From 1990 to 1993, he did all kinds of work contracts. from 1993 he started constructing apartments, buildings, commercial complex, etc as a builder and not as a contractor. then in 2007 hotel shreyas was constructed which is being owned and operated by mr m v kulkarni till date. in 2010 he took over another hotel pancharatna panchali which subsequently named as hotel shreeman. both hotels are owned and operated by mr m v kulkarni himself. besides this he takes dmart contracts (construction of dmart stores ) which are keybased projects details of which are as follows
